We didn't study e-commerce here — we live it, parcel by parcel.
Aghaz ("آغاز" — the beginning) started as one store: arsalanbrothers.com, a working cash-on-delivery business selling real products to real customers across Pakistan. Everything on this platform — the checkout, the WhatsApp alerts, the courier booking, the returns report — exists because our own store needed it first.
International platforms treat Pakistan as an afterthought: dollar pricing, no COD thinking, no local couriers, no Urdu. So we turned the engine behind our own store into a platform anyone here can build on.
We're in early access: the platform runs live stores today, and we ship improvements almost daily. Found something rough? Tell us — the fastest way to shape what gets built next.
