Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Aghaz, operated by Arsalan & Brothers, Pakistan. Creating an account means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.

What the platform is

Aghaz lets you build and run an online store: themes, products, orders, customer messaging, courier booking and reports. We provide the software and the hosting. The store is yours — its products, its prices, its customers and its content.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them current.
• Your password and 2FA codes are yours to protect. Anything done with your login is your responsibility, so tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
• One person or business per account. Do not share a login with people who should have their own staff account.

What you may not sell or do

You may not use the platform to sell anything illegal in Pakistan, counterfeit goods, weapons, recreational drugs, or anything requiring a licence you do not hold. You also may not:

• Send spam, or message people who did not agree to hear from you.
• Break, overload or probe the platform's security, or try to reach another merchant's data.
• Resell the platform itself as if it were your own product.
• Upload malware, or content you have no right to use.

We may suspend or close a store that breaks these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will warn you first; where it is — fraud, illegal goods, an active attack — we may act immediately.

Your customers are your responsibility

You are the seller. Product accuracy, delivery, returns, customer service and any tax you owe are yours to handle, not ours. You must give your shoppers your own privacy policy and returns policy, and follow the law that applies to you.

Payment

The platform is free while we are in early access. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you before anything is charged, and you will be free to decline and leave with your data. Cash-on-delivery money goes from your customer to you or your courier — it never passes through us, and we take no cut of it.

Uptime and support

We work to keep the platform running and back it up daily, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or network provider, and problems at WhatsApp, a courier or a payment service can all interrupt things. We will restore service as fast as we can.

Your content

What you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to host and display it as part of running your store. Delete it and that permission ends, subject to the backup window in the privacy policy.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like — see Delete your data. Export your data first; after deletion we cannot get it back. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms, or give at least 30 days' notice if we stop offering the service.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost data or indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months — which, during early access, is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
