Delete your data

You can delete your Aghaz account and everything stored with it. This page explains how, and exactly what goes.

Export first

Deletion cannot be undone. Before you start, go to Settings → Backups & Data in your dashboard and download a full export — products, orders, customers, pages, the lot. Once deletion finishes we cannot recover any of it, and neither can you.

How to ask

Email info@arsalanbrothers.com from the address your account is registered to, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us your store address (for example yourstore.aghaz.pk). We reply within 7 days to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We ask from your registered email because it proves the request is yours. If you have lost access to that address, reset it first from the password reset page.

What gets deleted

• Your account — name, email, password hash, 2FA secret, sessions.
• Your store's entire database — products, orders, customers, pages, blog posts, reviews, settings.
• Everything you uploaded — images, video, theme files.
• Your store's WhatsApp session, and any queued messages.
• Your subdomain, which is then free for someone else to take.
• Any Google, Meta or TikTok tokens you connected.

What survives, and for how long

• Backups — up to 14 days after deletion, then overwritten permanently. We do not read them.
• Records we must keep by law — for example tax or accounting records if you ever paid us. Kept only as long as the law requires.
• Data held by others — anything already sent to Google Analytics, Meta or TikTok lives in those accounts, not ours. Delete it there too.

Deleting only part of it

You don't have to delete everything to delete something. Individual orders, customers, products and uploads can all be removed from the dashboard at any time, and disconnecting an analytics or ads integration removes its token immediately.
