This page is about what you pay Aghaz for the platform. It is not about
refunds for things bought from a store hosted here — for those, contact the store you ordered from.
Each merchant sets their own returns policy.
Early access
The platform is currently free. There is nothing to charge, so there is nothing to refund. You can
stop using it whenever you like.
When there are paid plans
When we introduce paid plans, these rules will apply:
Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your store keeps working until the end
of the period you already paid for.
7-day money back on a first subscription. If a plan is not what you expected, ask within
7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full.
Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, because you will be reminded
before every renewal. If a renewal genuinely caught you out, write to us — we would rather sort it
out than argue.
Our fault, our refund. If a long outage on our side stops you selling, we refund that time
without being asked.
What is never refundable
Money you paid someone else — a courier, a domain registrar, an ads platform.
Cash-on-delivery money. That goes from your customer to you; it never passes through us.
How to ask
Email info@arsalanbrothers.com from your registered address with what
happened. We reply within 7 days, and an approved refund goes back the way it was paid, normally
within 14 days.
